FOOTY IS BACK!

With the recent easing of restrictions by the QLD Government, Rugby League Ipswich (RLI) are excited to announce that RLI will be running a 10-week senior competition in 2020.

The majority of our senior clubs have already confirmed their participation in a shortened competition. Rugby League Ipswich are investing heavily and reducing the costs to clubs by assisting with operational costs.

Rugby League Ipswich would like to thank the Ipswich Rugby League Referees Association in reducing the costs of match officials to support our Ipswich Clubs to play footy in 2020.

Our main priority through these times is club sustainability. If you find your club is not participating, permits are now available to another club within Ipswich. This will help clubs that choose not to return in 2020 to retain their players for the 2021 season.

RLI would like to thank our volunteers, players and wider rugby league community in supporting us through this difficult and challenging time. We look forward to seeing you at the footy on the first weekend in August!
